Before you start, an administrator must activate the Venzeo™ app on your phone or tablet. See [Activating the mobile app on a device](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/activating-mobile-app).

## 1. Take the photos

1. Open the Venzeo app and tap **Create new REPORT**. The camera opens.
2. Take the photos. You can take several photos in a row without leaving the camera.
3. Tap the check-mark button. The report screen opens with your photos.

## 2. Describe and send the report

The description helps you and your team find the report later. Your administrator decides which fields the report screen shows, so you may see fewer fields than described here. If the report screen asks for a **Place of Interest** or a project, choose one before you tap **Send**.

1. Under **Tags**, choose the tags that describe the situation, for example "Damaged equipment" or "Cleaned area".
2. Optional: add a **Note**. You can type it or dictate it by voice.
3. Tap **Send**. The app returns to the home screen and sends the report.

If you need a tag or option that you don't see, ask your administrator.

## Working without internet

You can create and send reports without an internet connection. The app stores them securely on your device, lists them under **Unsent reports** on the home screen, and sends them automatically once you are back online.

> **Tip:** Keep the app open until your reports are sent, especially on iPhone and iPad. In the background, the phone decides when the app may send, so a report can wait until you open the app again.

## What happens next

Once the report is sent, it appears in the Venzeo web app with its timestamp, GPS location and photos. Your team can then:

- filter and search it by tag, time or location,
- share it as a PDF or a link,
- pass it on to your internal systems, for example for invoicing.
