# Downloading and printing photos and reports

> Download one photo, all photos of a report or the gallery as a ZIP file, choose large photos in a PDF and print reports.

Anyone who can sign in to the Venzeo™ web interface, or who has a shared link to a report, can download and print photos and reports.

## Download one photo

1. Open the main menu and, under **Reports**, choose **List view** or **Gallery View**.
2. In the list or the gallery, click a photo. It opens full screen.
3. Click **Download** to save the photo with the Venzeo™ details, or open the arrow next to **Download** and choose a version:
   - **Desktop size (2Mpx) > include Venzeo™ details**: a smaller JPG with a black strip that shows the report ID, date and time.
   - **Desktop size (2Mpx) > no Venzeo™ details**: the same size, without the strip.
   - **Original photo > unmodified**: the photo in full size, as the phone sent it.

For an edited photo, click **Show original** first to download it as it was taken. During the free trial and on a shared link, only **Download** is available.

## Download all photos of a report

In the **List view**, move the mouse over the report and click **Download photos**. If the button is not visible, click **Actions** and find it there.

You get a ZIP file named `venzeo-images-report-` followed by the report ID. Each photo has the black strip with the report ID, date and time. A report with a shared link also gets the link in `url.txt`.

Photo file names contain the report ID, date, address, tags and photo number, for example `1234-27102026-main-street-5-Damaged-01.jpg`. When the report is at a place of interest that has a custom ID, the name starts with that custom ID and the street of the place instead, without tags.

## Download all filtered photos from the gallery

All photos that the filter shows are downloaded, so set the filter first. See [Filtering reports](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/filtering-reports).

1. Open the main menu and, under **Reports**, choose **Gallery View**.
2. In the top bar, click the export button, for example **Export & Share 24 reports**. On a smaller screen with the main menu or the filter panel open, it is called **Export**. While photos are selected, the button is not shown.
3. Choose **Download all filtered photos**. The **Download Photos** pop-up opens.
4. Click **Download first ZIP archive with photos**. With many photos, click **Download another ZIP archive** until all are downloaded.

## Choose small or large photos in a PDF

1. In the **List view**, move the mouse over a report and click **Share as PDF**. If the button is not visible, click **Actions** and find it there.
2. In the **Export to PDF** pop-up, under **Layout**, choose **Detailed reports list**.
3. Under **Photos**, choose **Show all photos**, then **Gallery of small photos** or **Large photos**.
4. Optional: turn on **Show photo info (date, time, location)**.
5. Click **Download PDF**.

## Print reports

In the list or the gallery, click **Print** in the top bar. A new tab opens with the filtered or selected reports and their photos, and then the print dialog of your browser opens. On a shared link, use the print command of your browser.
