Everyone who signs in to the Venzeo™ web app can report a bug.

The bug report reaches the Venzeo™ team together with the address of the page you are on, so we can see where the problem happened. Your name and email are filled in, so we can reply to you.

## Open the bug report form

Use one of these places:

- On any page, click the round **?** help button and choose **Report a Bug**.
- Open the main menu and click **Report a Bug**. If the menu is collapsed, click **Show Menu** first.
- On an error page, click **Provide more details**. The bug report is then linked to that error.

## Describe the problem and send it

1. In the **Report a Bug** form, check your **Name** and **Email**.
2. Under **What went wrong?**, describe what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
3. Optional: click **Add a screenshot**. Your browser asks to share this tab; allow it, and the screenshot opens in the form.
4. Optional: in the screenshot, use **Highlight** to draw a box around the problem and **Hide** to black out anything private.
5. Click **Send report**. The form thanks you and closes.

> **Note:** **Add a screenshot** appears only in a desktop browser. On a phone or tablet, describe what you see in the text instead.

> **Tip:** Open the form while the problem is still on the page, so the screenshot and page address show it.

If Venzeo™ doesn't open at all on your company network, see [Allowing Venzeo through your company network](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/it-administrator-instructions).
