Only administrators can send or cancel a Venzeo™ Request.

A request has two time limits. The link in the SMS works only for a short time after it is sent. The request itself stays open until its **Expiration Date**. A sent request cannot be edited, so to give the person a new link or more time, you send a copy.

## Send the request again

1. Open the main menu, expand **Tasks** and choose **Manage tasks**. The **Tasks Settings** page opens.
2. Next to the request, click **Duplicate**. The form opens with the same person, phone number and steps.
3. Under **Expiration Date**, set a date in the future, or choose **Never**. The copy keeps the old date, and a date in the past cannot be saved.
4. Click **Save & Send Text Message**. **Successfully saved** appears and the person gets a new SMS.
5. Cancel the old request, so that only one stays open.

## Cancel a request

> **Warning:** **Expire Request** sets the expiration date to yesterday, and the person can no longer complete the request.

1. Open the main menu and, under **Reports**, choose **Task View**.
2. Next to the request, click **View task**. The request details open.
3. Click **Expire Request** and confirm. **Request has been successfully expired** appears.
