# Sharing one report via email

> Send a single report to anyone by email. The email contains a unique link that shows the report without signing in to Venzeo™.

Anyone who can sign in to the Venzeo™ web interface can share a report.

You can send one report to a colleague, a customer or a contractor who does not use Venzeo™.

## Send a report by email

1. Open the main menu and, under **Reports**, choose **List view**.
2. Move the mouse over the report. Its buttons appear.
3. Click **Send via email**. If the button is not visible, click **Actions** and find it there. Your email program opens a prepared email with the report number in the subject and a **unique link** to the report in the text.
4. Add the recipient.
5. Optional: edit the text of the email.
6. Send the email.

The recipient opens the link and sees the report, including its photos, location and current status, without signing in. If a photo was edited, the link shows only the edited version. See [Editing images](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/editing-images).

## Copy the link instead

1. Open the main menu and, under **Reports**, choose **List view**.
2. Move the mouse over the report. Its buttons appear.
3. Click **Share link**. If the button is not visible, click **Actions** and find it there. The **Public URL link for this report** pop-up opens.
4. Click **Copy to clipboard**.
5. Paste the link where you need it, for example in a chat.

## Who can open the link

Anyone with the link can see the report. Links to a single report are not listed under **Manage PDF, CSV & Links**. The link stops working only when an administrator deletes the report.
