Any user with web access can create the public link. Only administrators can deactivate it. You need someone who can edit your website's HTML code.

Venzeo™ has no separate embed code. You place a public link to your reports in an iframe on your web page. Visitors then see the reports without signing in, and the page stays up to date.

_Example:_ A municipality shows the last 7 days of missed-collection reports on a map on its website.

## Create the public link

1. Open the report list and set the filter to the reports the public may see.
2. In the filter, choose **Last 24 hours**, **Last 7 days** or **All time** as the time period, so that new reports appear on the page.
3. Create a public link. See [Sharing a live view of reports](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/sharing-a-live-view-of-reports).
4. Copy the link.
5. Optional: to show a map instead of the list, open the link in your browser and click **Map**.
6. Optional: copy the map's address from the browser's address bar.

## Add the link to your web page

1. In your website's HTML, paste this code where the reports should appear:

   `<iframe src="PUBLIC-LINK" width="100%" height="800" sandbox="allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-downloads"></iframe>`

2. In the code, replace `PUBLIC-LINK` with your copied link.
3. Publish the page and check it on a computer and on a phone.

The reports appear on your page. On phones, the list needs more space. If your website allows a separate height for phones, use a larger one, such as 1200.

> **Tip:** Keep `allow-downloads` in the `sandbox` attribute. Without it, **Download photos** does nothing on your page.

## How long reports stay on the page

With **Last 24 hours** or **Last 7 days**, a report disappears from the page when it becomes older than that period. You cannot choose another number of hours or days. With **All time**, reports stay on the page until they are deleted. With any other time period, the page shows only reports from that period and no newer ones, except with **Today** until midnight.

To take the whole page offline, an administrator deactivates the link. See [Reviewing and removing exported PDFs, CSVs and links](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/reviewing-and-removing-exported-pdfs-csvs-and-links).

## Publish your own notices

Reports you create on the web appear on the page like reports from the mobile app, when they match the link's filter. To add many notices at once, see [Uploading reports from a CSV file](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/uploading-reports-from-a-csv-file).
