Every person in your organisation is a **user**. What a user can do depends on two settings an administrator chooses for them: whether they can log in to the web interface, and whether they have admin rights.

## The three levels of access

- **Users without login access** cannot open the web interface. Use this for field workers who only take reports with the Venzeo™ mobile app. In the user form this is **No login access**.
- **Web user (basic rights)** can log in to the web interface to see, filter and export reports, for example as PDF or CSV.
- **Administrator** can do everything a web user can. On top of that, they can delete reports and open the settings: invite and edit users, activate the mobile app on new devices, and manage tags, statuses and the other features of your organisation.

Any user, whatever their access level, can be the owner of a mobile device with the Venzeo™ mobile app.

## Which reports people see

If your organisation uses [groups](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/groups), people see only the reports created by colleagues who share at least one group with them. Without groups, everyone with login access sees all reports of your organisation.

> **Tip:** Give admin rights only to the people who manage your Venzeo™ setup. Everyone else who needs to look at reports can be a web user.

To give someone access, see [Adding a new user](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/adding-new-user). To change someone's access, see [Editing a user](https://help.venzeo.com/en/article/user-editing).
