Activating Mobile App

Here are requirements for supported mobile devices which can run Venzeo™ mobile app without any issues.

ADMINISTRATOR:
Activation SMS can be sent by a person who administer Venzeo™ system within your organisation. It can be triggered if you click "+ Activate Mobile App on Remote Phone/Tablet" button in the menu. Fill out the phone number of the device you are about to activate.


MOBILE DEVICE STEP 1:
Click the secure Venzeo™ activation link within the SMS, which was sent to your phone number. 

MOBILE DEVICE STEP 2:
If your mobile device does not have Venzeo™ app installed you will be asked to do it. Follow app instructions to validate your phone number and allow all requested permissions.

Your app should be automatically connected to your organisation's account.

From now on, all created reports with Venzeo™ app are securely saved within your organisation's account.
