What are supported mobile devices phones/tablets?

ANDROID DEVICE:

Minimum configuration:

1. Android 8 and newer.

2. Supporting Google Play and Google Play Services (some Huawei and unbranded devices are not supported);

3. SIM card support with mobile phone number and 3G connectivity or better;

4. RAM at least 1GB;

5. Camera: back camera with resolution at least 2MP;

6. NFC reader;

Recommended configuration (for the best experience):

1. Android 11 and newer.

2. Supporting Google Play and Google Play Services (some Huawei and unbranded devices are not supported it);

3. SIM card support with mobile phone number and 4G connectivity or better;

4. RAM at least 2GB;

5. Storage at least 32GB with at least 5GB of free storage;

6. Camera: back camera with wide lens and resolution at least 4MP and auto-focus with LED diode for flash;

7. Battery case is recommended in case battery capacity is less than 3500mAh;

8. Dust and water protection (IP64, IP68) is recommended if the phone is used outside; (phone cover can protect device in case it falls on the ground);

9. Accelerometer and compass capability;

10. NFC reader;

iPhone and iPad devices with SIM card and iOS 15, iPad OS 15 and newer.
