IT Administrator Instructions

To ensure the Venzeo™ system runs smoothly across your organization, it’s important to meet basic browser, network, and email configuration requirements. Here’s a quick guide for your IT team.

Internet Browser requirements:
The newest version of the Chrome browser is the recommended choice;
Alternative is newest Microsoft Edge 90+, Firefox 89+, Safari 14+;

Internet Explorer (any version) is not supported due to security concerns (Microsoft is no longer supporting it and is actively asking all users and corporates to stop using it).

TIP 1: We recommend to disable usage of Internet Explorer on your corporate network. Enable Internet Explorer compatibility mode within the Edge browser to support your current corporate apps.

Enable networking communication for all subdomains (ensure your ISP does not block it either):
https://*.venzeo.com
https://*.google.com
https://*.googleapis.com
https://*.aws.com
https://*.amazon.com
https://*.sentry.com
https://*.fullstory.com
https://*.stonly.com

TIP 2: to debug connection to any of our supplier subdomains use "tracert" within Windows, "traceroute" within Mac OS or Linux. Example "tracert auth.venzeo.com"

Whitelist email addresses on your email server (never send to SPAM):
*@venzeo.com
*@auth.venzeo.com
*@notification.venzeo.com
