Managing Places of Interest

Places of Interest (POI) help you link reports to specific locations or static objects, ensuring better organization and easier data retrieval across the Venzeo™ system.

Places of interest (POI) can represent 

  • any stationary objects (examples: bin location, billboard, BTS...) 
  • customers with static GPS location
  • orders with exact GPS location. 

Each Place of interest (POI) includes NAME, ADDRESS, GPS POSITION, and DESCRIPTION.

Reporters can search for POIs within the mobile app and include one POI per report.

Places of interest (POI) functionality is optional in the Venzeo™ system. If you are interested, please get in touch with our support team.
