Activating Mobile App

Before you start using the Venzeo™ mobile app, it is important to activate your device securely.

Here are the requirements for supported mobile devices that can run the Venzeo™ mobile app without issues.
 

ADMINISTRATOR:

Activation SMS can be sent by the administrator of the Venzeo™ system within your organization. It can be triggered if you click the "+ Activate Mobile App on Remote Phone/Tablet" button in the menu. Fill out the phone number of the device you are about to activate.
 

MOBILE DEVICE STEP 1:
Click the secure Venzeo™ activation link within the SMS sent to your phone number. 
 

MOBILE DEVICE STEP 2:
If your mobile device does not have the Venzeo™ app installed, you will be asked to do it. Follow the app instructions to validate your phone number and allow all requested permissions.
Your app should be automatically connected to your organization's account.
From now on, all reports created with the Venzeo™ app will be securely saved within your organization's account.

WARNING: SMS code will expire after some time. It is important to use the activation link soon after the SMS is delivered.
