Creating first report

Creating your first photo report in the Venzeo™ mobile app is quick and intuitive. Here’s how it works and what to expect.

1. Open the Camera in the App

To create your first report, open Venzeo app on your mobile device and tap New Report.

You can take multiple photos in a row, so there’s no need to open the camera again for each shot.

2. Categorize Your Report

After taking your photos, you’ll be asked to categorize the report. These categories help you (and your team) organize reports efficiently.

Each report can include:

  • Tags (e.g. “Damaged equipment” or “Cleaned area”)
  • Place of interest (e.g. a specific site or location)
  • Optional notes or internal comments

The available categories and tags are customizable. If you need to add new options, simply contact your account administrator.

3. Works Offline Too

No internet? No problem. You can still create and categorize reports while offline. The data will be stored securely on your device and automatically uploaded once you're back online.

Note for iOS users: The app must be open for the report to sync once connectivity is restored.
On Android, the upload works even if the app is running in the background.

4. What Happens After You Submit

After submission, your report—with its timestamp, GPS location, and attached photos—is immediately visible in the web platform. Your team can then:

  • Filter and search by tags, time, or location
  • Share reports as a PDF or link
  • Connect it to invoices or internal systems
