- User rolesEach person in Venzeo™ has one of three levels of access, from mobile-app-only reporting to full administration of your organisation.
- Adding a new userAdministrators add new users in Venzeo™ and decide whether each person can log in to the web interface and whether they get admin rights.
- Editing a userAdministrators can change a user's details, groups and access in Venzeo™, or deactivate users who no longer need access.
- GroupsGroups split your users into teams, regions or departments, so each person sees only the reports of their own group and administrators manage only their own people.
- Customizing the interfaceAdministrators tailor Venzeo™ to their organisation by turning optional features on or off. Changes apply to everyone in the organisation.
