User Types

Different user types in Venzeo™ determine the level of access and actions users can perform within the system, from mobile-only usage to full system administration.

There are three types of users:

  1. Reporters have no access to this web interface. You can use this user type to be assigned to a mobile device with the installed Venzeo™ app.
  2. Web/Basic Users have access to this web interface. These users can filter and export all reports within the Venzeo™ system.
  3. Administrators can do all things Web/Basic Users can and on top of that, they can administer users, activate new Venzeo™ apps, add new types, and customize the Venzeo™ system.
