Quick answers about the free trial, the Venzeo™ licence and organisations that Venzeo™ has deactivated.
How long is the free trial?
21 days, counted from the day your organisation was created in Venzeo™. Every user sees a trial counter in the main menu (click Show Menu if it is collapsed): Days of trial left with, for example, “5 of 21 days”, or Trial expired when the days are over.
What is different without a licence?
During the trial, and later whenever no licence is active:
- A PDF includes at most 5 reports, and you cannot choose Show Venzeo™ certification for it.
- Reports from the mobile app are marked Not certified unlicensed report, and their photo timestamps and locations are not certified.
- Photos download only as Desktop size (2Mpx) > include Venzeo™ details, not as Original photo > unmodified.
To export reports, see Exporting filtered reports.
What happens when the trial ends?
The menu shows Trial expired. Your organisation keeps working with the same limits as during the trial, and Venzeo™ does not delete your reports. To remove the limits, get a licence.
How do we get a licence?
Click Get a Quote & License Activation under the trial counter in the main menu. It opens an email to support@venzeo.com with your organisation’s name already filled in. Send it to ask for a quote and the licence activation.
Where do we see when our licence ends?
Administrators see the date in the Active until card on the Dashboard. When a licence ends, the same limits as during the trial apply again.
Who can deactivate an organisation?
Only Venzeo™ can deactivate an organisation or reactivate it. It never happens automatically when the trial ends, and administrators cannot do it in the web interface.
What do users of a deactivated organisation see?
On the web, they see the page Your trial has expired. with the button Yes, please contact me!, and they cannot open reports or settings. Devices with the Venzeo™ mobile app can no longer connect to the organisation. Users who also belong to other organisations stay signed in and can open those.
How do we get access back?
Click Yes, please contact me! on that page. Venzeo™ receives your name, email and organisation, and the message “Contact request sent. We will contact you as soon as possible.” appears. You can also write to support@venzeo.com. A reactivated organisation starts without a licence, so ask Venzeo™ to restore your licence too.
Is our data deleted when the organisation is deactivated?
No. Deactivation blocks access to the organisation. It does not delete reports, photos or users.
