Links that open Venzeo forms directly

The create and add forms in Venzeo™ have their own links (shortcuts, deep links), for example to invite a user or add a tag.

The 14 create and add forms in the table open from their own link. Use these links in bookmarks, in your intranet or in your own instructions for colleagues.

A link is your organisation’s Venzeo™ address followed by the path from the table, for example https://yourcompany.venzeo.com/settings/reporters?open=user-invite. If you are not signed in, Venzeo™ asks you to sign in first and then opens the form.

Forms and their links

Most forms are on administrator pages. Where a form needs a feature, an administrator must turn that feature on first.

How the links behave

  • The form stays open when you refresh the page.
  • When you save or close the form, ?open=… disappears from the address. A refresh then shows only the page.
  • An open= value works only on its own page: /reports?open=user-invite opens nothing.
  • For an email alert, &typeId=<tag ID> after the path selects that tag in the form. Venzeo™ adds it for you when you click Setup Email Notification next to a tag on the Tags & Categories page.

To turn a feature on or off, see Turning optional features on or off.
