Greenery and landscaping contracts promise a standard: mown, pruned, cleaned. Disputes are about whether the standard was met, and the value of the work only shows over a season. Photos with time and place, sorted by contract, answer both.
Make each client contract a project
Create one project per client contract. Keep it permanent for a long-term contract, or set the contract period. Every mowing, pruning or inspection report then counts towards that client. See Grouping reports by project.
Example: a landscaping company keeps one project per client contract, so all work for one client is in one place.
Tag the work type and the site condition
Use one tag (previously called type) category for the work, such as mowing, hedge cutting, tree pruning, leaf removal or watering, and one for what the crew found, such as damage, litter or a fallen tree. Take one photo before and one after. See Grouping tags into categories.
Use statuses to check quality
Let a manager review reports with statuses, for example Done, Open, Needs management check and Rework. See Tracking report progress with statuses.
Give clients a link to their work
Filter by the client’s project and send a public link. The client sees the certified photos without a Venzeo™ account. See Sharing a live view of reports.
