Find, filter, comment on, share and export the reports your team records.
- Viewing reportsReports sent from the Venzeo™ mobile app can be viewed in the web interface as a list, on a map or as a photo gallery.
- Viewing reports in a list, map or galleryReports can be viewed as a list of entries one below the other, on a map or in a photo gallery. Each view suits a different task.
- Filtering reportsThe filter shows only the reports you need, for example from one time period, with one tag or from one reporter. It works in the list, map and gallery views.
- Editing imagesUse the built-in photo editor to crop, annotate or censor a report photo. Shared links show the edited version, while your organization can still see the original.
- How can I comment on reports?Every user of the Venzeo™ web interface can add comments to a report to record more details or agree next steps with colleagues.
- Sharing one report via emailSend a single report to anyone by email. The email contains a unique link that shows the report without signing in to Venzeo™.
- Exporting filtered reportsShare the reports you filtered through a special URL link, or have them sent to you by email as a PDF, Excel or CSV file.
