Activating an Email Alert Notification

Email notification activation is available only for Administrators.

TIP: Always make sure you have consent from email account holders before setting up any notifications.

Automatic email notifications can be sent after a report is recorded with a predefined type.
EXAMPLE: You set a type with the name "Damaged Vehicle". You would like to send an email alert notification to your service center as soon as there is a Report with the Type "Damaged Vehicle". This way your service center knows all the details thanks to photos, location, time and can act accordingly.
The notification email includes a special public link to view the report. Sign-in to the Venzeo™ system is not required.

SETUP A NOTIFICATION:
To set up a notification go to the Notifications panel within Admin Settings.
Click "Setup new notification".
In the following pop-up window fill in:

  1. name of the notified person (or name of the organization which owns the general email address);
  2. email, where the notification should be sent;
  3. types, which trigger the notification. The notification email is sent when the system records a report with at least one type you choose here.
  4. note, where you can write in your own words why have you set up this notification.

Click the Green button "Save".
