What data plan is needed?

Venzeo™ mobile app compresses and optimizes all captured data. This way the transfer to Venzeo™ secure web storage is as fast as possible.

One report with two photos has an average of 0.5MB.

When your colleagues plan to create 100 reports per month per device, within the Venzeo™ mobile application, they will need at least a 50MB data plan.

 

TIP 1: It's recommended to turn on automatic app updates within Google Play using WiFi only. This way all apps are up to date, secure and no mobile data is used.

TIP 2: if the mobile data plan should be used for Venzeo™ mobile application only, please ask your colleagues to watch videos and stream music only while on WiFi.

TIP 3: The Venzeo™ app can also work offline. All saved reports are sent once the device reconnects to the internet using WiFi. We recommend using the Venzeo™ mobile app with a mobile data plan to allow web users to see all reports in real-time.
